This role will help drive employee readiness, adoption, and engagement by translating complex business and technology changes into clear, actionable communications.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute change management and communication strategies that support business transformation, process improvement, and technology initiatives. Assess organizational impacts, stakeholder readiness, and potential adoption risks associated with change initiatives. Create a variety of communication materials, including executive communications, presentations, FAQs, toolkits, training resources, and employee updates. Partner with cross-functional leaders and teams to support organizational readiness and successful change adoption. Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, feedback sessions, and change-related forums. Support leadership teams with communication planning, coaching, and change advocate programs. Measure adoption and communication effectiveness, using feedback and insights to refine strategies and improve engagement. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience leading change management and communications efforts for large-scale business or organizational initiatives. Experience supporting transformation programs, technology implementations, process improvements, or organizational change efforts. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to simplify complex business and technical information for a variety of audiences. Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP) and/or PMP certification is a plus. Leading large-scale organizational change initiatives, including business transformations, operating model changes, workforce transitions, or restructuring efforts. Developing and executing change strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness planning, and employee communications. Creating communication programs that build trust, increase engagement, and support adoption during periods of significant organizational change. Enterprise transformation and organizational change programs. Digital transformation, AI, automation, analytics, or technology adoption initiatives. Experience working within complex, regulated, or highly matrixed organizations.
