•Paid Media & Influencer Marketing InnoVision Marketing Group is seeking a Paid Media and Influencer Marketing Intern who is eager to learn how digital advertising and influencer partnerships support successful marketing campaigns within a fast-paced, professional agency environment. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to paid media strategies, influencer marketing, campaign development, performance reporting, and creative collaboration. It is an educational opportunity focused on mentorship, learning, and skill development. The intern will work alongside experienced media and marketing professionals to observe, practice, and build foundational skills within a professional agency setting. This is a fully in-house internship based in San Diego. No remote work. Internship Learning Experience During this internship, you will gain exposure to paid media and influencer marketing processes while developing practical skills and learning from experienced media and marketing professionals. You may have the opportunity to: Observe paid media campaign planning and strategy discussions Learn how digital advertising campaigns are developed, launched, and monitored Gain exposure to platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital advertising channels Assist with organizing campaign information, creative assets, and performance data Learn how media performance is tracked, analyzed, and reported Observe the influencer research, outreach, and partnership process Assist with identifying potential influencers who align with client brands and campaign goals Learn how influencer content, timelines, deliverables, and campaign results are monitored Participate in team discussions regarding campaign strategy, audience targeting, creative direction, and performance Gain exposure to how paid media and influencer marketing campaigns are developed from initial strategy through final reporting All internship activities are supervised and designed as learning experiences intended to build foundational marketing, analytical, and professional skills.
