Job Description

Goblin Market, one of Central Florida's most exciting brand voices, is searching for a media manager to plan, direct and execute Goblin Market's vast content calendar across social media platforms. If you are a growing professional with content creation/management experience who wants to flex your skills alongside a local non-profit organization with a FUN social media presence, here's the perfect opportunity!
The Media Manager will:
Plan, execute and manage Goblin Market's content calendar across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Manage a team of content creators, including photographers, videographers, video editors and more Work with different members of Goblin Market staff to ensure that all areas of the market and associated events are featured appropriately across platforms Plan photo and video shoots Stay up-to-date on trending sounds and video formats Read and respond to social media comments and respond professionally to negative criticism Write and assemble newsletters via Brevo Create and organize Google Drive folders for content uploading Learn and become a master of writing in Goblin Market's brand voice, including its original characters The ideal candidate will: Have experience managing a brand's content calendar, from ideation to execution Be proficient with social media platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube Have experience managing and keeping a team of content creators on track with tight deadlines Understand filming and editing for different social platforms Know how to shoot and edit fast-paced short form videos Have experience with crisis communications and public relations management Be unafraid to try new ideas and have fun…Goblin Market will likely be the silliest brand voice you've ever worked with, so lean into it!
Pay:
