The Public Relations & Communications Business Partner supports the organization's mission, vision, values, goals and initiatives by collaborating with department leadership to manage public relations and communications strategies, projects and initiatives. The role works with peers and designated others such as population health area or site leadership to implement integrated public relations and internal and external communications plans including measurement and reporting for all customer groups.
What You Can Expect:
In coordination with department leadership, designs and implements public relations and communications strategies and initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and trust with the public, the media, employees and stakeholders. Develops a variety of media communication materials and press releases. May represent St. Luke's on health-related coalitions, boards and community events. May serve on site or regional management committees. Maintains knowledge of best practice standards, technologies and trends in public relations and communications; recommends and implements new practice and standards when needed. Working with department leadership, drafts talking points, articles, public statements, fact sheets, FAQs and other communications. Collaborates with population health area and site leadership as appropriate. Actively engages in supporting communication and public relations activities related to issues response or incident command responsibilities. Reviews content based on best practice and other high standards to ensure materials are accurate and consistent with the organization's overall public relations strategy, message and St. Luke's brand. Manages special projects as assigned. May have other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education:
Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
