Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Provide information and assistance to callers
• Transcribe and distribute messages accurately
• Maintain and update phone systems and directories
• Handle conflicts and difficult situations with professionalism and tact
• Assist with data entry and record keeping
• Coordinate communication efforts between departments
• Draft and edit written communications, such as memos or emails

Qualifications:

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age upon date of hire
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must have proof of legal authorizations of employment in the United States
• Cannot have any felony arrest or convictions
