Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide information and assistance to callers
- Transcribe and distribute messages accurately
- Maintain and update phone systems and directories
- Handle conflicts and difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate communication efforts between departments
- Draft and edit written communications, such as memos or emails
Qualifications:
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age upon date of hire
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have proof of legal authorizations of employment in the United States
- Cannot have any felony arrest or convictions
