Job Description

The Community advocate will engage with community service organizations, faith-based organizations, schools, universities, businesses, and other community-based agencies to promote education, prevention and awareness of services. This position is responsible for increasing awareness of domestic violence, promoting education and prevention, building community partnerships, and representing DART throughout Lincoln Parish.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent public speaking and communication skills Passion for educating others and building strong community partnerships Strong written communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently when needed while remaining committed to collaboration and team success.

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 25.0 per week
