We are a newer restaurant looking to bring life back to the plaza we're in with consistent video content, IRL events, sponsorships for local schools & fairs, etc. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating & curating real world experiences, and showing them in 4K online. Someone with a passion for seeing things differently, and the ability to own the process of video production from start to finish. Your Responsibilities Write, develop, and execute comprehensive social media strategies across 4 platforms
to promote the restaurant's brand, menu offerings, events, and special promotions.
Create eye-catching visual series, including videos, graphics, and animations to highlight our culinary creations. Manage weekly social media postings with engaging captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action that resonate with our target audiences. Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity; use this data to refine content strategies. Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific demographics and increase reservations or online orders. Track daily performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools; analyze engagement data to optimize future campaigns. Collaborate with the management team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster community loyalty. Coordinate with photographers and videographers for professional content creation; own editing processes including video editing for promotional videos. Qualifications Experience in social media management within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred, but not necessary! Much more into your personal creativity and art you've created. Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; basic video editing skills are a plus. Canva is okay as a back-up, if you can make it not look like Canva. Familiarity with social media marketing strategies, keyword research, and branding principles. Experience using social listening tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to measure campaign success. Knowledge of Meta Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished and aligned with brand voice. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong relationship management skills with an emphasis on community engagement and public relations. Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics reporting. Passion for marketing
