Job Description

Must be in Central MN and must have reasonable commute to St. Cloud, MN due to in-office requirements.
SCHEDULE
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00PM
CST COMPENSATION
Starting Pay $103,000 - $128,750 per year. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.) PCI is seeking a collaborative and creative Senior Marketing Communications Manager who thrives on developing integrated marketing strategies , leading brand initiatives , creating impactful communications and events , and partnering across the organization to support organizational growth . This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented marketing team , shape PCI's brand and market presence , build scalable marketing processes , and create meaningful experiences for clients, candidates, employees, and community partners . Leads PCI's B2B marketing strategy and execution to support organizational growth, client engagement, recruiting visibility, and brand consistency across all marketing channels and organizational touchpoints. Develops and executes strategic marketing plans aligned with PCI's business objectives, client needs, market opportunities, and leadership priorities. Oversees PCI's Marketing Department, including social media, brand management, content development, client events, and organizational engagement activities, while ensuring leadership-directed initiatives are effectively supported. Serves as a strategic marketing partner to senior leadership by providing insight and recommendations related to brand positioning, audience perception, market trends, strategic communications, and organizational priorities. Builds scalable marketing processes, operational standards, and workflows while maintaining a player-coach leadership approach that balances strategic leadership with hands-on support of marketing initiatives, communications, events, and departmental operations as business needs require. Designs and oversees integrated B2B marketing campaigns, executive communications, presentations, content, and brand initiatives that strengthen PCI's value proposition, market presence, and relationships with current and prospective clients. Partners with senior leadership, Client Success, Market Development, and People Operations to translate organizational priorities into coordinated marketing strategies, campaigns, communications, and engagement initiatives. Partners with Client Success and Market Development leadership to support relationship development, sales enablement, strategic account engagement, and value proposition messaging. Develops client success stories, testimonials, case studies, and advocacy content that demonstrate PCI's value, strengthen client relationships, and support B2B growth efforts.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 10+ years of related experience in marketing, communications, brand management, marketing operations, or experiential marketing. 4+ years of leadership experience with direct reports. Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns, strategic communications, social media initiatives, and brand management efforts. Experience developing content strategy, organizational communications, presentations, and audience engagement initiatives across multiple channels. Strong understanding of brand positioning, market perception, audience engagement, and organizational storytelling. Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional leadership, relationship-building, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Required:
Background in B2B client engagement or relationship-based organizations. Knowledge of recruitment branding and employer branding. Involvement in client events, executive experiences, or experiential marketing initiatives. Oversight of creative, content, social media, or marketing support employees.
