Paid Media Manager ReCoat Revolution is hiring a full-time Paid Media Manager in St. Louis to own our Meta and Google advertising across a growing national franchise network. About ReCoat Revolution ReCoat Revolution is a St. Louis-based floor refinishing franchise with around 25 locations across the U.S. and more opening every year. Our service, called the Clean ReCoat Process, gives homeowners beautiful floors without the dust, downtime, and cost of a full sand and refinish in just one day. Why this role exists We're adding a new role at ReCoat Revolution to better support our growing franchise system. Our goal is to have someone fully dedicated to our brand and to the success of both our flagship location and our owners' locations. You'll manage our Meta advertising, build our Google Ads program from the ground up, and work alongside our current marketing partners as this role takes shape. Fair warning, there's no playbook waiting for you. We know where we want to end up, but how we get there is largely up to you. You'll shape what this job looks like, set up the systems that make it work, and keep improving them as we add locations. If you want your fingerprints on how this gets built, we'd love to talk. You'll build the function, not just run it In your first year, you'll be the person who turns paid advertising at ReCoat Revolution from a set of separate efforts into one connected, repeatable system.
That means:
Finding the problems. Dig into what's working, what isn't, and where we're leaving leads on the table, across HQ and the locations already running their own ads. Designing the solutions. Decide how our accounts should be structured, how budgets get allocated across territories, and how every lead gets tracked back to a booked job. Deploying and documenting them. Turn what works into playbooks, launch checklists, and reporting templates so every new franchise starts on proven ground. Refining as we grow. Treat every process as version one. Test, measure, and improve it as we add locations and learn what drives results. You'll have direct access to leadership, the freedom to make calls, and the accountability that comes with them. We want someone who fills a hole before anybody steps in it. What you'll own Meta setup and advertising Meta Business Portfolio creation (Facebook page and Instagram account setup for new locations) Take over and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns for HQ and franchise locations (you'll have past content, campaigns, and history to reference) Plan and build audiences, budgets, and campaign structure around generating qualified leads, not just volume Turn our cache of organic content into high-performing ads, write ad copy and hooks, implement A/B ad testing, and run structured creative tests Google Ads, built from scratch Design and launch HQ's Google Ads program, including Search, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads, then manage and optimize each Build a multi-location account structure that scales as new franchises open Own keyword strategy, search term mining, negative keywords, ad copy testing, and bid strategy Audit the Google Ads accounts some locations already run and bring them to a consistent standard Create a repeatable launch playbook for getting new franchise locations live on paid ads Tracking and measurement Set up and maintain conversion tracking across both platforms, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, enhanced conversions, and the Meta pixel Tie ad spend to the outcomes that matter: form fills, phone calls, booked estimates, and completed jobs Manage spend with accountability for CPL, CPA, and return on ad spend, and make agile budget shifts toward what's working Build and roll out a consistent UTM parameter system that scales across campaigns and locations Reporting and optimization Monitor campaigns daily and adjust budgets, bids, targeting, and creative based on performance Build clear, recurring reports by location and platform in Looker Studio or similar tools Present findings and recommendations to Nick, who shares results with franchisees Stay current on platform changes, new campaign types, and AI and automation features Who you'll work with
