Be the first friendly face that helps calm a crisis and connect individuals to care.

Schedule:

8:00am-5:00pm, 40 hours weekly. As a Customer Relations Specialist at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center , you'll provide compassionate, person-centered support to clients and families as they seek behavioral health services. You'll ensure a smooth check-in process, accurate information, and timely connection to the right clinician—all while helping create a calm, welcoming environment for those in need. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about providing excellent customer service while supporting individuals in behavioral health crisis.
