The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in Jersey. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. A Typical Day The Manager, Corporate Partnerships is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of RWJBarnabas Healths corporate partnership portfolio (as assigned). Working under the direction of the Assistant Vice President, this role develops strong relationships with corporate, sports, entertainment, and community partners while ensuring exceptional execution of sponsorship activations, events, hospitality programs, and community engagement initiatives. The Manager serves as the operational lead for assigned partnerships, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled, partnership benefits are maximized, and every activation reflects the mission and brand standards of RWJBarnabas Health. Partnership Management Serve as the primary relationship manager for specifically assigned partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations through regular communication and planning Coordinate partnership deliverables and ensure all contractual commitments are fulfilled on time Monitor partnership performance and recommend opportunities to increase value and engagement Alongside partners, prepare recap reports and recommendations for improvement Event Activation Oversight Coordinate logistics for community-based programming, tabling, and consumer interaction activities Coordinate participation from clinical teams and community health representatives when needed Manage relationship with events management partner (e.g. Positive Impact) to ensure all scheduled appearances are maximized Distribute tickets and manage unique experiences for employees and strategic partners Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with departments across RWJBarnabas Health to include Marketing, Communications, Digital/Web, Community Health, Government Affairs, Legal, Clinical Operations to execute integrated partnership campaigns Coordinate necessary partnership creative assets, media opportunities and event communication/promotion with group above Ensure all partnership activations comply with RWJBarnabas Health brand standards Project Management Manage timelines for assigned partnership assets Track activation expenses and assist with budget management Operational Excellence Maintained detailed records of partnership assets, deliverables and event outcomes Develop standardized processes and checklists to improve efficiency for the department and assigned partnerships To Be Considered Bachelors degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sports Management, Healthcare Administration or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, or related fields, preferably in healthcare, sports, or entertainment Experience managing multiple projects and events simultaneously Demonstrated success managing partner relationships Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration abilities Proficiency in MS Office suite Scheduling Requirements Ability to work evenings and weekends as required Ability to travel throughout Jersey for events and partner meetings as required
