Job Description

Position Summary:
This position will work closely with Home Office Senior Leadership, Regional Business Leadership teams as well as various business partners throughout Wealth Management. The candidate will focus on national communications, field service recognition and other Field Risk and Service initiatives. Primary Responsibilities
Support Field Risk and Service National Communications, including strategic, content development and end-to-end execution logistics
Facilitate administrative communications on live, national Zoom webinar calls, including delivery of key updates and facilitation of real-time Q&A to ensure clarity, engagement, and effective issue resolution.
Support the National Field Risk and Service Recognition program for 8000+ employees, including budget management, service leadership guidance, intranet/Jive site management, and execution of annual Recognition Week (e.g., leadership messaging, 1585 ticker, social media, and national events).
Coordinate and administer the annual National Service Champion program, including nomination, vetting, selection, and promotion/communications including video announcement.
Program-manage Field Risk and Service in person conferences and events, including Risk and Service Leadership and Support Professional events.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with Regional Risk and Service Leadership teams
Support ongoing recurring meetings (e.g., Service Excellence, Quarterly Market Risk and Business Service Officer, and Field Risk and Service Town Hall).
Lead strategic initiatives by planning and managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholder communications. Experience
Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS)
Minimum 3
5 years Financial Services experience
Wealth Management Field or related industry experience helpful
Internal and external communications Skills Required
Own, manage, and deliver projects in a professional business environment
Develop, maintain, and leverage key strategic relationships
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent follow up skills
Ability to work independently in face paced deadline driven environment
Ability to leverage new tools, adapt to new workflows and remain agile in a changing environment
Proficiency with AI tools
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.
g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
