Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Be Alignment Engine's local voice: manage relationships with the City of Chillicothe, Ross County, schools, and neighbors of the campus. What you'll do: Own day-to-day relationships with local officials and civic organizations Coordinate public meetings, tours, and community communications Manage local sponsorships, education partnerships, and workforce outreach Track local government matters affecting the campus Support permitting and economic-development engagement What you'll bring: 5+ years in public affairs, government relations, or community engagement Excellent public communication skills Local/regional ties to south-central Ohio strongly valued Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
