Pay:
$25.00 per hour (Base) + 15% Uncapped Commission Job Summary Looking for a sharp, self-motivated Content Creator to take full ownership of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok channels. This position combines on-site video/photo capture with active social media management and client conversion. Base pay covers dedicated on-site filming hours, while commission rewards your ability to drive actual client bookings through the content and messaging you manage. Key Responsibilities On-Site Content Capture (Base Pay): Spend 3-5 hours per week in the studio shooting high-quality B-roll, process footage, client interactions, and finished tattoo photography.
Content Management:
Edit, draft, and schedule posts, Reels, and TikToks optimized for engagement and outreach across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Lead Conversion & Messaging:
Monitor inbox DMs and comments across platforms, answer client inquiries promptly, and guide prospective clients through the booking workflow.
Tracking & Attribution:
Keep strict records of incoming leads to verify which booked appointments originated from social media channels. Compensation Structure Base Hourly Rate ($25/hr): Paid for scheduled, on-site filming and photography sessions. 15%
Commission:
You earn 15% of the total cost of every tattoo booked through the Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok accounts you manage. Commission is paid out upon the client's completion of their tattoo appointment. Requirements Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, framing, and photography skills (smartphone or mirrorless). Proven understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms and engagement strategy. Excellent written communication skills for professional, hospitable, and clear direct messaging with prospective clients. Punctual, organized, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
