• $70,000+ Per Year Accel Automotive & Tire and Accel Hydraulics are looking for a creative, outgoing Marketing & Community Relations Manager to help us continue growing the Accel brand.

Since 2019, Accel Automotive has grown from a small 2-bay startup into a rapidly expanding 5-location automotive repair company , and we're looking for someone who can help make Accel a household name throughout the Dayton area and beyond. This isn't a position for someone who just wants to sit behind a desk and post on social media. We need someone with great ideas, a creative mind, and an outgoing personality who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, organizing events, and finding new ways to get our company involved in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Reputation management and customer review initiatives Manage business listings across all Accel locations Plan and host community and customer events Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations Develop community outreach, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities Create customer loyalty, referral, and recognition programs Develop employee recognition and company culture initiatives Assist with recruiting events and employer branding Help coordinate marketing for new store openings Develop promotional items, giveaways, and grassroots marketing campaigns Work with our existing outside marketing partners Continuously bring new ideas to help expand the Accel brand

Who We're Looking For:

Creative thinker who brings ideas to the table Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Comfortable representing Accel at community and networking events Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or related degree preferred Marketing, community relations, or event experience preferred Automotive experience is not required We already have professional partners handling our SEO, Google Ads, and much of our social media video content. We're looking for someone to focus on the brand, reputation, community, customers, employees, and creative side of marketing.
