Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, local government agencies, and media outlets to enhance visibility and reputation. Manage media relations by preparing press releases, coordinating interviews, and facilitating media coverage that highlights organizational initiatives and success stories. Lead public speaking engagements at community events, health fairs, and informational sessions to educate audiences about available services and resources. Oversee social media management efforts to engage audiences effectively across platforms while collecting data to measure outreach impact. Coordinate volunteer programs, client communication efforts, and community engagement activities to foster a welcoming environment for residents and families. Support business development initiatives by identifying new partnership opportunities and assisting in project management tasks related to marketing campaigns and community programs. Maintain organizational records related to outreach activities, media coverage, event planning, and stakeholder communications with precision. Experience Proven experience in community outreach or public relations within the senior living or healthcare sectors. Strong background in media relations, public speaking, social media management, and community engagement strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages through writing and presentations tailored for diverse audiences. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report creation, data collection, budgeting, and strategic planning purposes. Experience in relationship management with healthcare professionals, community leaders, media representatives, and clients. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively serve diverse populations. Organizational skills essential for managing volunteer programs, event logistics, client communications, and social media campaigns efficiently.
