The Gathering, Pokémon, and Disney Lorcana, along with tabletop games, accessories, collectibles, organized play, tournaments, and community events. We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and dependable Social Media & Content Manager to help showcase what is happening at Mystic Table and continue growing our online community. This is an ideal position for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating short-form content, and isn't afraid to pick up a phone or camera and capture what is happening in the store. Responsibilities The Social Media & Content Manager will be responsible for helping manage and grow Mystic Table's presence across platforms including: Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube/YouTube Shorts Other platforms as appropriate Primary responsibilities include: Create, schedule, and publish regular social media content. Photograph and film new products, store displays, events, tournaments, customers, and other activities. Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, stories, graphics, and other short-form content. Promote upcoming tournaments, prereleases, leagues, special events, sales, product releases, and store announcements. Create engaging content surrounding

Magic:

The Gathering, Pokémon, Lorcana, tabletop games, collectibles, and gaming culture. Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar. Help develop creative campaigns to increase store traffic, event attendance, engagement, and brand awareness. Respond professionally to appropriate comments and social media interactions. Monitor trends on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms and identify opportunities that fit the Mystic Table brand. Track basic analytics including reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, and content performance. Identify which types of posts perform best and adjust future content accordingly. Work with store management to promote new products, announcements, events, and important store information. Maintain a consistent look, voice, and personality across Mystic Table's social media channels. Capture live content during selected tournaments, releases, prereleases, and other special events. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Creative and comfortable coming up with new content ideas. Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and short-form video. Comfortable taking photos and recording video. Able to edit short-form videos for social media. Familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe products, or similar programs. Able to write clear, engaging captions and promotional posts. Comfortable working independently and managing a content schedule. Dependable and able to complete projects without constant supervision. Familiar with current social media trends and how different platforms work. Comfortable interacting with customers, players, and staff while creating content. Able to occasionally work evenings or weekends to capture important store events. Gaming Knowledge Experience with trading card games or tabletop gaming is preferred but not required . Knowledge of any of the following is a major plus:

We are more interested in finding someone who is creative, reliable, understands social media, and is willing to learn about the products and communities we serve. Experience Previous experience managing social media accounts, creating content, photography, videography, graphic design, or digital marketing is preferred. A formal marketing degree is not required . Applicants with personal social media accounts, portfolios, school projects, freelance work, or examples demonstrating strong content creation skills are encouraged to apply. Schedule This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule . Some work will need to be completed in the store so the Social Media & Content Manager can photograph products, record videos, interact with staff, and capture events. Occasional evening and weekend availability may be needed for major tournaments, prereleases, product launches, and special events. Pay $20.00-$25.00 per hour Starting pay will depend on experience, portfolio, content creation ability, and familiarity with social media marketing.
