Job Summary:
Leads the strategy and execution of social media, communications, and marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive workforce program engagement, and enhance organizational alignment. This role bridges external brand storytelling with internal communications, ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging across all channels.

Job Function:
Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and workforce objectives Manage company presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X) Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns, including influencer or partnership opportunities Monitor industry trends and continuously evolve channel strategy Content Creation & Management Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, video) across platforms Develop messaging for both external brand storytelling and internal communications Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, timely delivery Produce executive-ready communications, presentations, and campaign assets Communications & Program Marketing Develop and execute communication strategies for workforce development initiatives Lead program promotion and adoption campaigns (training, engagement tools, leadership initiatives) Manage internal communications, including leadership messaging and major rollouts Support employer branding and talent marketing efforts Community & Reputation Management Manage social engagement, respond to followers, and facilitate conversations in real time Monitor and respond to Google Reviews and external feedback channels Partner with internal teams to address inquiries and protect brand reputation Analytics & Performance Optimization Track engagement, web traffic, SEO, and social media metrics Develop regular performance reports and ROI analysis Use insights to continuously optimize campaigns, messaging, and channel effectiveness Establish baseline metrics for communication effectiveness and program engagement Brand & Message Consistency Ensure all content aligns with company voice, brand standards, and messaging frameworks Maintain consistency across internal and external communication channels
Required Skills:
Required Qualifications Experience:
2+ years in social media management, communications, or digital marketing
Platform Expertise:
Strong knowledge of major social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X)
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Tools:
Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
Analytical Mindset:
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Creativity:
Demonstrated ability to create engaging, trend-aware content Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Experience with graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and digital marketing channels Experience supporting internal communications or workforce initiatives
