Events Manager Will Do:

Private Events & Sales

• Own the full private events lifecycle for our Wyomissing, PA restaurant - from inquiry and tours to proposals, contracts, execution, and follow-up
• Actively generate new event leads for birthdays, corporate events, showers, rehearsal dinners, fundraisers, and more
• Host and manage on-site events, ensuring exceptional guest experience and smooth communication with BOH/FOH teams
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, hotels, and vendors in the greater Wyomissing, PA area to drive event sales
• Track sales goals and earn commission on all booked events Social Media & Marketing
• Manage daily social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for the restaurant
• Create engaging photos, reels, stories, and copy that showcases food, events, staff, and atmosphere
• Respond to messages, comments, and reviews in a timely, on-brand voice
• Promote upcoming events, specials, and private dining offerings through social channels
• Collaborate with ownership on marketing campaigns, email marketing, and local promotions

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant events, catering sales, hospitality management, or event planning
• Proven experience managing social media for a restaurant, bar, hotel, or hospitality brand
• Strong organizational, communication, and closing skills
• Ability to work on-site in Wyomissing, PA including some nights and weekends for events
• Self-starter with an ownership mentality and a passion for hospitality
• Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic content creation

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary $50,000 - $55,000 based on experience
• Uncapped commission on all private events booked
