Lead outreach, recruitment, and community engagement activities to support the successful implementation of the Texas Home Visiting (THV) and HOPES programs. Work closely with the Drug Free Communities Coordinator to collaborative prevention efforts, integrate Drug-Free Communities (DFC) strategies, and guide partners in advancing the coalition's mission to reduce youth substance use and strengthen family well‑being in THV and HOPES programs. Build and maintain strong partnerships with local organizations, schools, service providers, coalitions, and community stakeholders to expand access to home visiting and family support services. Provide leadership for the Family and Community Coalition of East Texas, coordinating meetings, strengthening collaboration, and advancing shared community goals. Assist with participant and partner enrollments, ensuring accurate documentation, eligibility verification, and timely onboarding. Maintain comprehensive program records, data, and reporting requirements in alignment with THV and HOPES standards. Promote THV and HOPES programs throughout the service area through presentations, community events, and targeted outreach strategies. Support families by connecting them to resources, services, and community-based supports that enhance child development, family well‑being, and positive parent‑child interactions.
