Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Community Liaison to serve as a vital link between our organization, community members, and partner agencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and relationship management skills, with a passion for community outreach and engagement. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by promoting our services, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing community awareness. Duties Develop and implement community outreach strategies that align with organizational goals and foster meaningful engagement. Serve as the primary point of contact for community partners, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication. Organize and deliver public presentations for community outreach initiatives, including workshops, informational sessions, and health fairs. Manage social media platforms and marketing efforts to increase visibility and promote community programs. Collect data on community needs and program effectiveness to inform strategic planning and continuous improvement. Support fundraising activities through relationship management, event planning, and donor engagement efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in community outreach, public relations, or related fields with a focus on community engagement. Strong media relations skills with experience managing social media marketing campaigns. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills tailored for diverse audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report writing and data analysis. Demonstrated ability in project management, organizational skills, and strategic planning Experience in customer service, relationship management, or client communication is essential. Knowledge of community management practices along with experience in fundraising or business development is advantageous.
