Job Description

PROGRAM COORDINATOR, EVENTS & COMMUNICATIONS

, Corporate Relations-Industrial Liaison Program & MIT Startup Exchange , serves as the operational link between the Communications and Events functions within MIT Corporate Relations. This role supports the planning, execution, and follow-up of webinars, conferences, executive briefings, and ILP member events by coordinating event logistics, attendee communications, registration systems, content management, and post-event reporting. Working across multiple teams, this position helps ensure a consistent experience before, during, and after each event while improving processes, documentation, and operational efficiency. The role reports to the Director of Communications, Events, Research & Operations and collaborates closely with both the Events and Communications teams. The focus areas of responsibility are: Event Operations, Communications & Content Coordination, Data Management & Reporting, and Process Improvement & Documentation.
