Full Job Description Description:

This is an on-site position in Las Vegas, NV Nevada Heart & Vascular Center is seeking an energetic, technology-focused Communications Specialist to help support and optimize our communication systems, artificial intelligence initiatives, employee communications, and patient engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, process improvement, training, and working collaboratively with operational leaders, providers, and staff. What You'll Do Manage and support Vonage and communication technology platforms. Assist with AI-driven workflow development and testing. Coordinate internal and external communications. Support distribution of patient education and marketing materials. Train employees on communication tools and workflows. Assist with compliance tracking and documentation. Partner with leadership to improve communication efficiency across the organization.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For 2+ years of communications, healthcare operations, information technology, telecommunications, or related experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Ability to learn and support emerging technologies and AI tools. Experience in healthcare preferred.
