Bring partnerships, events and retail marketing to life with MGI Golf Are you a highly organized marketing professional who loves bringing people, projects and events together? MGI Golf is looking for a Communications & Partnerships Coordinator to join our Las Vegas team and help coordinate some of our most important brand partnerships, national retail relationships, events and marketing activations across North America. This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who enjoys variety. One day you may be working with a sponsorship partner on an upcoming activation, the next coordinating a retail promotion, preparing marketing assets or helping manage the logistics for an event or trade show. You'll work closely with our North American team, our Head of Marketing in Australia, national retail partners, sponsorship partners and internal teams across Marketing, Sales and Operations. What you'll be doing Partnerships & Sponsorships You'll support the day-to-day delivery of MGI's sponsorship and brand partnerships, helping ensure every commitment is delivered professionally and on time.
You will:
Coordinate partnership activities, timelines, deliverables and approval processes. Turn partnership agreements and marketing plans into clear calendars, action plans and trackers. Act as a key day-to-day contact for assigned partners. Keep partners updated on progress, requirements and upcoming activity. Coordinate internal teams to ensure partner commitments are delivered. Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action lists and status updates. Identify opportunities to improve activations and create additional value for MGI and our partners. Flag risks, delays or outstanding decisions before they impact delivery. Retail & Co-op Marketing You'll also work closely with key national retail partners to coordinate campaigns, promotions, product launches and in-store activity.
You will:
Coordinate marketing activity with national retail partners. Maintain retail marketing calendars, deadlines and asset requirements. Coordinate promotional and campaign materials across MGI, retailers and internal teams. Track co-op marketing commitments, activity and available funds. Maintain proof-of-performance and supporting documentation. Identify unused co-op funds and opportunities to maximize available marketing investment. Partner closely with Sales to align marketing activity with key commercial and promotional periods. Events & Activations From sponsorship activations to trade shows and retail events, you'll help make sure everything runs smoothly from planning through to execution.
You will help coordinate:
Event schedules and timelines Venues and external suppliers Staffing requirements Travel and accommodation Product and equipment movements Signage and branding Hospitality Partner requirements Content capture and permissions Lead capture and post-event follow-up You may also attend events and act as an on-site point of contact, helping manage set-up, partner requirements and any issues that arise. Marketing & Communications You'll provide broader marketing coordination support across North America, including: Coordinating co-branded marketing assets across digital, social, email, website, print and in-store channels. Preparing partner communications, campaign updates, asset requests and approval requests. Maintaining campaign and content schedules. Coordinating partner tags, mentions and links across social media activity. Supporting broader marketing and communications initiatives as required. Tracking & Reporting Strong organization and follow-through will be important in this role. You'll maintain: Partnership deliverable trackers Marketing and event calendars Partner files and contact lists Co-op marketing spend and activity trackers Proof-of-performance documentation Campaign and event recaps You'll also capture feedback and lessons learned to help us continually improve future campaigns, partnerships and activations. What we're looking for You'll ideally bring: A bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, partnerships, events, account coordination or client services. Experience coordinating multiple projects, partners, timelines and approval processes simultaneously. Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence communicating with external partners and internal stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. The ability to work independently and keep projects moving. Confidence working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new project management and CRM systems. Flexibility to work with colleagues based in other time zones, including our Marketing team in Australia. Even better if you have Experience coordinating brand partnerships, sponsorships or event activations . Experience working with national retailers or retail marketing programs . Familiarity with co-op marketing or marketing development funds . Experience coordinating creative briefs, marketing assets and approval workflows. Basic campaign, event or partnership reporting experience. Experience working with venues, vendors and external suppliers. Experience within the golf, sporting goods, consumer products or lifestyle industries . You'll thrive in this role if you are Exceptionally organized and enjoy keeping multiple moving parts on track. Comfortable following up, chasing actions and keeping people accountable. Commercially aware and interested in understanding how marketing activity supports sales.
