Duties Host lively and interactive live streaming sessions focused on nail art tutorials, product demonstrations, and Q&A segments to engage viewers in real-time. Develop compelling content that highlights trending nail designs, techniques, and brand offerings to attract and retain followers. Utilize social listening tools to monitor audience feedback, trending topics, and competitor activity to optimize content strategy. Create visually appealing media using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other editing tools to enhance live streams and promotional materials. Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking. Implement SEO strategies and keyword research to increase visibility of live streams and related content online. Analyze digital marketing performance metrics through Google Analytics and social media analytics tools to refine content approach and maximize engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, campaign planning, and cross-platform promotion to grow the online community. Maintain professional relationships with followers, influencers, and brand partners through effective communication and relationship management. Skills Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and live streaming platforms. Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for media editing and branding materials. Knowledge of digital marketing performance monitoring tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising Manager, and social media analytics platforms. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through social media content marketing. Ability to perform keyword research and SEO optimization for increased online visibility. Skilled in video editing software for creating engaging video content for live streams or promotional purposes. Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for trend analysis and audience insights. Experience in photography and media editing to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with branding standards. Strong understanding of social media platforms' algorithms, best practices for engagement, and digital marketing strategies. Ability to analyze marketing data effectively to monitor campaign success and adapt strategies accordingly.
