This role focuses on producing short-form video and visual content for social media platforms across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate is comfortable on-site, enjoys capturing real-time content, and understands how to create engaging, brand-aligned visuals. This is an in-office position with frequent local content capture at client locations. Key Responsibilities Capture and produce short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Reels Assist with on-site content shoots for clients including events, businesses, and lifestyle content Edit video content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar platforms Support social media production with photos, b-roll, and creative visuals Collaborate with the social media and marketing team to execute monthly content strategies Organize and upload content to shared drives and project management platforms Maintain consistent branding, tone, and visual quality across all client content Stay up to date with social media trends and platform best practices Qualifications Experience creating content for social media platforms Strong understanding of short-form video trends and engagement strategies Comfortable being on camera and directing others when needed Basic video editing and photo editing skills Reliable transportation and availability for local content shoots Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction Organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple projects Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
