We're looking for a creative, outgoing, and motivated Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to help grow our brand, showcase our work, and strengthen our presence within the local community. This role is a great fit for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating engaging content, stays on top of current trends, and isn't afraid to get out in the field to capture what our team is doing. From junk removal jobs and before-and-after transformations to community events, beach cleanups, and local partnerships, you'll help tell our story across social media. Responsibilities Create engaging photo and video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels Capture content at junk removal jobs, including before-and-after transformations, team footage, customer experiences, and behind-the-scenes content Attend and create content at community events, beach cleanups, sponsorships, networking events, and other company initiatives Edit short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, graphics, and social media content Stay up to date on social media trends, trending audio, platform updates, and new content opportunities Help develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar Write captions and create content that reflects the company's personality and brand Engage with followers and help build relationships within the local community Brainstorm creative campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and new ways to generate awareness and leads Track social media performance and use analytics to determine what content is working and where there are opportunities to improve Preferred Experience Experience with social media campaigns, paid social media advertising, or Meta Ads Manager is a strong plus. Familiarity with reading analytics, tracking campaign performance, and using data to make content and marketing decisions is also beneficial. Previous experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role is a plus. We're looking for someone who can think beyond simply posting content and contribute ideas for promotions, partnerships, lead generation, community involvement, and overall business growth.
