We're doing genuinely cool stuff — rebuilding hydraulics, installing lifts, showing up at huge events. Almost nobody sees it. That's your job to fix. Ragsdale Brands is a family of companies — Automotive Lift Services, Ames Hydraulics, and more — with a real story and, right now, no one telling it. We're looking for a one-person content machine who can show up, capture it, cut it, and post it — every day, across both brands. This is a make-things job for someone who can't stand watching a great moment go uncaptured. It's a lot of volume and a fast pace. But you'll have total creative range, real budget behind good ideas, and the rare thing most creators never get: subjects that are actually interesting. Full-time or part-time — we'll work it out for the right person.

You shoot and edit — phone or camera. Reels, shorts, before/afters, the satisfying-repair stuff people can't scroll past. If you're already fast, great. If you're hungry to get fast, great. You post on a cadence and you actually care whether it performs. You want a base and benefits plus bonuses that reward you when your content drives real reach and real leads. You want ownership of a brand's whole feed, not to be one cog in a marketing department. Don't apply if: You need a full creative team, a studio, and a week to turn one video around. "Consistent daily posting" sounds exhausting. You want to work from home and never get your boots dirty — this is on-location, in the shop, at the events.
