SUMMARY This position is responsible for creating engaging, high-quality social media content that brings the Australian Gold and New Sunshine brands to life. The Social Media Content Creator will be hands-on in developing content from start to finish — including brainstorming ideas, photography, videography, editing, and publishing content across social media channels. This position will work across Australian Gold, Designer Skin, JWOWW, California Tan, Swedish Beauty, and other New Sunshine brands while ensuring content reflects the unique identity, voice, and audience of each brand. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, understands social media trends, and enjoys turning ideas and products into content people want to watch, engage with, and share.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create engaging social media content including photography, short-form video, Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other digital content. Photograph and film products in lifestyle, studio, flat-lay, behind-the-scenes, and other creative settings. Edit photos and videos into polished, social-ready content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs. Develop creative concepts and content ideas that match the individual identity, voice, audience, and goals of each brand. Schedule and publish content across social media channels while maintaining a consistent posting schedule. Stay current on social media trends, sounds, formats, editing styles, platform changes, and emerging content opportunities. Maintain a consistent look, feel, and voice across each brand's social media presence. Review social media performance and engagement to help determine what content is working and identify opportunities for future content. Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product Development, and other teams to develop content for product launches, promotions, campaigns, and other initiatives. Work with the Creative team when advanced graphic design, photography, or other creative support is needed. Assist with website content, product information, and digital promotions as needed. Support the development of marketing materials including in-store signage, sell sheets, promotional materials, marketing cards, and product launch materials. Assist with content creation during photoshoots, trade shows, events, trips, and other brand activities as needed. Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines simultaneously. Work with confidential materials and maintain confidentiality at all times. Assist with additional marketing and creative projects as assigned. Follow all documented cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Work Instructions, and Policies designed to support

ISO 22716

2007 standards. Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable taking a content idea from concept through completion. This person should be willing to pick up a camera or phone, develop an idea, shoot the content, edit it, and prepare it for publication. Experience with photography, videography, social media, and content creation is strongly preferred. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or similar content creation, editing, and social media management platforms is preferred. A portfolio or examples of photography, video, or social media content are strongly encouraged.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred; however, relevant experience in social media, photography, videography, editing, or digital content creation may be considered in place of formal education.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to communicate, sit, stand, walk, and use equipment associated with photography and content creation. The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move equipment or products weighing up to 10 pounds.
