We're looking for someone who can do more than simply schedule posts. This person should have a strong creative eye, understand social media, and be comfortable taking raw content from concept and create a finished product: including video editing, graphic design, copywriting, and voiceover work. Responsibilities Edit short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms Create social media graphics, carousels, stories, and other content in Canva Record voiceovers for social media content as needed Write engaging captions, hooks, on-screen text, and calls-to-action Repurpose raw photo and video content into multiple pieces of content Work within established brand guidelines across multiple client accounts Assist with content planning, calendars, and social media management Stay current on social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail Requirements Adobe experience is required for this position.

The ideal candidate:

Is confident editing short-form, social-first video content Has strong Canva design skills Is comfortable recording clear, natural voiceovers Has a strong understanding of design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy Understands what makes content engaging on social media Can adapt their creative style to different brands and industries Can take creative direction while also bringing their own ideas to the table Is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently Can receive feedback and make revisions efficiently Experience working with multiple brands, a marketing agency, or small-business clients is a plus.
