Overview Social Media & Content Marketing Intern at Azai Creative Studios Azai Creative is growing, and I'm looking for a creative, curious marketing student to come alongside me as we build the studio. This is a hands-on internship for someone who wants to learn what it actually looks like to create content, manage social media, work with real businesses, and build marketing strategies that go beyond simply chasing trends or followers. You'll work directly alongside the founder of Azai, getting a behind-the-scenes look at client work, content strategy, social media management, photography, campaign planning, and the day-to-day of growing a creative studio. I'm looking for someone who is creative, organized, proactive, aesthetically minded, and genuinely excited to learn. What you'll help with Depending on the client and project, your responsibilities may include: Creating and editing short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Brainstorming content ideas and staying up to date with relevant social media trends Creating thoughtful, aesthetic, and strategic social posts Helping develop monthly content plans Creating shoot lists and brainstorming concepts for client content days Assisting with on-site content capture and filming Editing Reels and other short-form content Helping manage social media accounts Community management, including responding to comments and messages Helping with content curation and scheduling Repurposing existing content into new posts and Reels Researching trends, sounds, formats, and creative ideas Supporting the creative direction and execution of client projects Helping with additional marketing and creative projects as Azai grows The role will evolve as the studio grows, so there may be opportunities to learn and contribute beyond this list. Who I'm looking for You might be a great fit if you: Are currently studying marketing, communications, media, graphic design, or a related field Have some experience creating social media content, whether professionally, through school, personal projects, or your own platforms, and can show me. Photography experience is a plus Understand current social media trends without relying on trends for everything Have a strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling Can recognize the difference between something that is simply "pretty" and something that is actually strategic but also communicates the business and the world they are building well. Enjoy writing captions and thinking about how content connects with an audience, without using AI for everything. But as an assistant. Are comfortable editing short-form videos in CapCut. Are organized and can follow through without needing to be micromanaged Are willing to learn, ask questions, receive feedback, and try new things Are proactive and can bring your own ideas to the table Care about the businesses and people behind the brands you work with Having at least an iPhone 15 Pro for content creation, or being willing to buy one, is a plus! I want this to be a place where you can learn, ask questions, contribute ideas, and understand why we're doing what we're doing. Commitment I'm looking for someone who can commit to at least 4 months and genuinely wants to grow alongside Azai during that time. The role will begin as an internship, with the possibility of additional paid opportunities as the studio and client workload grow. As Azai continues to grow, I'd love for this to become a long-term relationship rather than simply a four-month internship.
