Anchors Aweigh Tattoo is a tattoo shop in Garner, NC. We are looking for an independent contractor to create and manage social media content that brings new clients to the shop. What you will do Plan and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Snapchat, and TikTok Deliver about 12 feed posts, 6 short videos, and regular Stories each month Photograph and film tattoos, artists, and the shop, with client permission Write captions and hashtags, and respond to comments and messages Promote shop events and specials, including our Halloween tattoo special on October 29th to 31st Share a short monthly summary of what worked (reach, followers, bookings) Who this is a good fit for Experience with social media, content creation, or marketing coursework Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Snapchat, TikTok and short-form video A smartphone with a good camera, which you provide Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar) Reliable, creative, and comfortable around tattoo culture Must be 18 or older Students, graduates, and self-taught creators are all welcome to apply Compensation $$ To be discussed with shop owner (willing to negotiate)

free tattoo credit, with amount and terms in your written contract This is an independent contractor (1099) position. You set your own hours and work method, and you are responsible for your own taxes.
