Pure Rush is looking for a creative, energetic, social-media-savvy individual whose primary focus will be creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, our website, and other marketing channels. Our retail locations are at busy sports venues filled with athletes, teams, coaches, families, games, and customers - giving you endless opportunities to create authentic, engaging content. We're looking for someone who spots a great content opportunity, isn't afraid to approach people, and brings ideas to the table. What You'll Do Content & Social Media Create Reels, TikToks, photos, and short-form video Capture athletes and customers wearing Pure Rush sunglasses Create engaging baseball, softball, and sports content Develop creative concepts, campaigns, and product-focused content Shoot, edit, and organize high-quality content Identify social media trends and turn them into Pure Rush content Help grow engagement, followers, and brand awareness Track what performs and use those insights to improve Assist with promotions, contests, events, and special offers Retail & Customer Interaction (as needed) Work scheduled shifts in the Pure Rush retail store Welcome customers and help them find and try on sunglasses Learn and confidently explain our products Interact with athletes, parents, coaches, and teams Assist with sales and store responsibilities when not creating content We're Looking For Someone Who Is Creative, curious, and full of ideas Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable approaching people Comfortable on camera and/or directing others Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and short-form video Comfortable shooting and editing photos and video Has a good eye for photography, lighting, composition, and branding Understands what makes people stop scrolling Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Interested in sports, marketing, social media, photography, or content creation Willing to experiment, learn, and try new ideas Able to take direction while bringing your own ideas to the table Experience With These Is a Plus TikTok / Instagram Reels CapCut Canva Photography Videography Social Media Management Influencer/Content Marketing Sports Photography Growing a Personal or Business Social Account A large following is NOT required. We're much more interested in your creativity, initiative, personality, and ability to create compelling content. Why Pure Rush? This is real-world experience - not busywork.
