Job Description

Part-Time Content Creator (Photo, Reels/Shorts, Social Posting) Hybrid Remote in Hackensack, NJ (on-site shoot days + remote editing/posting) Part-time, ~10-20 hrs/week | $22
  • 28/hr based on portfolio About us We are a growing medical practice led by anesthesiologists. We bring in-office anesthesia care to dental practices across NJ, NY, and PA, and we are expanding to Florida. Our audience is dentists and dental specialists, so our content is professional, calm, and real — no stock clichés. What you'll do
  • Film short-form video and photos on location: our equipment, setup in dental offices, team at work, event/CE moments (1-2 shoot days per week, 1-2 hours each)
  • Edit into Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn-ready clips with captions and simple on-screen text (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
  • Post and schedule to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn from a monthly content calendar you help maintain
  • Resize and version assets for each platform (feed, story, LinkedIn 16:9)
  • Keep a simple organized library of raw footage and finished assets What we're looking for
  • Real short-form examples you shot AND edited yourself (personal, student, small-business, or brand work all count)
  • Comfortable filming with a phone or mirrorless camera; steady handheld shots, clean audio, decent natural lighting
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work around a clinical schedule
  • Have own transportation Nice to have (not required)
  • Dental, medical, or healthcare office experience
  • Basic Canva for static posts and carousels
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn content Important
