InDeanWeTrust is a multimedia company specializing in photography and cinematography. We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and social-media-savvy Content Creator/Marketer to help grow our online presence, strengthen brand awareness, and generate new leads, sales, and client bookings. The ideal candidate understands how to turn photography and video content into engaging social media posts that capture attention and encourage potential clients to take action. This role will involve creating original content, repurposing existing photo and video assets, identifying relevant trends, and maintaining a consistent presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more. Key Responsibilities Film, edit, and produce engaging short-form video content, including Instagram Reels and TikTok videos. Create content that showcases InDeanWeTrust's photography, cinematography, behind-the-scenes work, client experiences, and services. Develop and maintain a consistent social media posting schedule. Monitor current social media trends, sounds, formats, and content strategies and adapt them to fit the InDeanWeTrust brand. Monitor content performance and use engagement, reach, inquiries, and other analytics to improve future content. Collaborate directly with the owner to develop content ideas and support the company's marketing and business goals. Ideal Candidate Attend photoshoots and events to capture behind the scenes/vlog content for social media. (Usually on weekends during the day) Experience creating social media content. Proficiency with video editing software. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, social media algorithms, and audience behavior. Ability to recognize trends and creatively adapt them to a photography and cinematography business. Creative, dependable, organized, and able to meet posting deadlines. Qualifications Content creation experience preferred; not required. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about this role and ready to learn. Comfortable working independently on-site at events, including evenings and weekends. Leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset. Pay:
