About the Position We are looking for a creative, energetic, and social media savvy Content Creator to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to recognize a great moment, capture it, and turn it into content that people want to watch, share, and engage with. You will create photo and video content across a variety of environments, including farm experiences, seasonal attractions, live events, entertainment productions, equipment showcases, and behind-the-scenes moments. We are seeking someone who understands social media trends and audience engagement, not someone who simply waits to be told what to post. The ideal candidate is comfortable taking initiative, developing creative ideas, getting behind the camera, and capturing content as it happens. What makes someone successful in this role? What You'll Do Capture events, attractions, staff, performers, equipment, behind-the-scenes moments, and day-to-day operations. Film and edit engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms. Identify content opportunities and develop creative ideas without needing constant direction. Stay current on trending sounds, formats, social trends, and platform best practices. Take high-quality photos and videos using a phone and/or camera. Write engaging captions and social media copy. Help develop ongoing content series, campaigns, and promotional ideas. Promote upcoming events, attractions, experiences, services, and special announcements. Capture and post timely content during live events. Assist with content planning and scheduling. Help maintain a consistent and active presence across social channels. Monitor engagement and assist with comments and messages when needed. Organize and maintain photo and video libraries. Collaborate with management, event teams, and production staff. Assist with additional marketing and promotional projects as needed. Job Qualifications Experience creating content for social media. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reels, Stories, and short-form video. A creative eye for photography, videography, composition, and storytelling. Ability to capture and edit engaging photo and video content. Strong understanding of current social media trends and what drives engagement. Comfortable working independently and taking creative initiative. Comfortable filming people and interacting with staff, performers, customers, and event teams. Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-moving environment. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in farm, event, and production environments. Flexible availability for some evenings, weekends, and special events. Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Pennington, NJ. Experience in social media, marketing, photography, videography, events, entertainment, attractions, hospitality, or related industries is preferred.
