Princeton Internet Marketing is looking for a Social Media Content Creator / Designer who can support multiple clients and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. This role is an in-person position responsible for developing and administering social media content. This content is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between business-to-consumer prospects, customers, and the company, while managing daily posts in a timely manner for over 300 clients. The successful candidate will use AI platforms and must be fluent in Claude or ChatGPT to support content creation and posting. This person will need to draw brief, relevant insights from social media data and reports and convey them clearly to clients. Graphic design experience is a MUST for social media posts, banner ads, posters, emails, website mockups, and other ad-hoc designs as needed. Email marketing is also a part of this position, with regular communication with clients on messaging and on-brand design. Our offices are set in Princeton, NJ, in a beautiful, peaceful, serene area, less than a mile from the train to NYC. Core Responsibilities Create social media content for various clients while adhering to each company's branding guidelines Manage and publish daily posts in a timely manner across 300+ client accounts Use AI tools (Claude or ChatGPT) to support content creation and posting workflows Create drip email marketing campaigns and manage CRM platforms, like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact Post social media content to various platforms, including Birdeye, Sprout Social, and Hootsuite Create various business social media accounts Develop social media audits and strategies Participate in client calls to help develop and review social media strategies Help maintain and protect online branding and reputation Serve as a social media expert to Princeton Internet Marketing and all clients; must read and keep up with social media trends daily Required Skills and Experience Must be fluent in AI platforms, specifically Claude or ChatGPT, for content creation and posting 1-2 years of professional experience designing graphics and social media content for a wide range of clients 1 year of email marketing experience Strong knowledge/understanding of social media best practices, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, Yelp, and Google My Business Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, Birdeye, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Constant Contact; Canva and Adobe Suite preferred Graphic design experience is a plus, including the ability to design banner ads and marketing materials Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple competing tasks and projects while keeping key stakeholders in the loop Thorough understanding of the web, including timeliness, speed, and trends Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills Must be dependable, flexible, willing to take initiative, and adaptable to a variety of situations Ability to quickly adjust priorities to respond to pressing demands Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Demonstrated knowledge of digital advertising, web marketing, and social media marketing
