Position:

Retro Manufacturing is seeking a creative, organized and motivated Media Manager to develop and execute engaging digital content and marketing initiatives for Retro Manufacturing and RetroBelt. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Media Manager works collaboratively with the Brand Manager to implement marketing strategies, maintain brand consistency and support company marketing objectives. This hands-on creative position encompasses social media, email marketing, product photography, video production, digital content creation and media partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strong creative and technical skills with the ability to independently manage projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Develop, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and use analytics to improve effectiveness.
• Develop comprehensive media plans that support marketing and branding objectives. Photography, Video & Content Creation
• Photograph, edit and process product images for websites, social media, advertising and other marketing channels.
• Plan, film and edit videos showcasing products, features and technical support topics.
• Produce short-form video content and advertisements for social media.
• Write product descriptions, press releases and other marketing content.
• Manage and organize the company's digital media assets. Brand Collaboration & Media Relations
• Collaborate with the Brand Manager to maintain consistent brand identity, messaging and visual standards across marketing channels.
• Work with the Director of Sales and Marketing to execute media plans supporting company marketing and sales objectives.
• Coordinate with the Brand Manager on product launches, promotional campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
• Manage sponsorships and follow up to ensure agreed-upon content and deliverables are completed.
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers and agencies.
• Independently manage assigned media projects, priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications Required:

• Demonstrated knowledge of social media management and digital content creation, including Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Strong photography, videography and video editing skills.
• Professional portfolio or website showcasing photography and video work.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and independently manage assigned responsibilities.

Preferred:

• College degree in marketing, communications, media production or a related field.
• Graphic design experience.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
