D&V Home Design Center is seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage our online presence and produce engaging content featuring our remodeling projects, showroom, products, and team. This is a hands-on position for someone who can plan content, visit active job sites, capture high-quality photos and videos, edit content, and consistently publish across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate understands visual storytelling and knows how to present kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home renovation projects in a polished and engaging way. Responsibilities Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, X/Twitter, Houzz, and other relevant platforms Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar Visit active job sites and company showrooms to capture photo and video content Create before-and-after content, project updates, walkthroughs, client stories, educational videos, and promotional posts Produce and edit short-form videos, Reels, Stories, TikToks, photos, graphics, captions, and other marketing materials Coordinate with designers, project managers, sales representatives, and management to plan and schedule content shoots Publish content consistently and ensure it reflects the company's brand and quality standards Respond to comments and messages and help maintain audience engagement Create visual assets and ad creatives for paid advertising campaigns Update company websites with new projects, photos, services, and other content Organize and maintain the company's photo and video content library Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports Identify relevant trends, content opportunities, and platform updates Assist with additional marketing-related tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role Strong photo and video shooting and editing skills (Portfolio required) Experience creating Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, and other short-form content Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing software Strong written English and the ability to create clear, engaging captions Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet publishing deadlines Comfortable visiting construction sites and working around active renovation projects Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to job sites across Long Island A portfolio or examples of previous social media and content work are required Preferred Qualifications Experience working with an interior design, remodeling, construction, architecture, real estate, or home-improvement company Experience updating WordPress websites Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting Experience photographing interiors, completed renovations, or construction progress Please submit your résumé along with a portfolio, social media accounts, or examples of photo and video content you have personally created.

Pay:
