Job Description
Job Overview Rapido Refunds is looking for a creative, trend-aware social media professional to help grow our brand organically on TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms. You will work directly with the owner to plan, film, edit, and publish engaging short-form content that connects with working families, immigrants, and small-business owners. Content will include tax tips, refund information, behind-the-scenes videos, community-focused posts, FAQs, and promotional content. Responsibilities Develop content ideas, scripts, shot lists, and a consistent content calendar. Identify current trends, sounds, formats, and hooks that fit the Rapido Refunds brand. Film and edit TikToks, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other vertical videos. Create captions, calls to action, hashtags, and cover images. Help the owner feel confident and natural on camera. Monitor performance metrics and improve content based on reach, retention, engagement, and inquiries. Maintain professional standards and protect client privacy. Requirements Proven experience creating successful social media content for a business or brand. A portfolio demonstrating strong short-form video and organic account growth. Understanding of viral content, current trends, storytelling, hooks, and audience retention. Experience with filming and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar software. Strong communication, organization, creativity, and follow-through. Comfortable working in-office and collaborating directly with the owner.
