Video Content Creator & Social Media Strategist (Dental)

Job Description

We are a growing network of modern dental practices looking for a dynamic Video Content Creator & Social Media Strategist to bring our brand to life. If you know how to turn everyday clinical procedures into captivating short-form videos, put patients at ease on camera, and build an engaged online community, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will lead our digital media presence—capturing authentic patient stories, breaking down complex dental care into accessible video content, and showcasing our expert team in action.
Key Responsibilities Content Production:
Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content optimized for platforms like Instagram (Reels), TikTok, YouTube (Shorts & long-form), and Facebook.
Patient & Team Storytelling:
Conduct warm, professional video interviews for patient testimonials and film clinical staff explaining dental procedures, hygiene tips, and treatment options.
Clinical Behind-the-Scenes Coverage:
Capture live dental procedures, behind-the-scenes office culture, and practice highlights while adhering strictly to patient privacy (HIPAA) standards.
Social Media Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute an organic content calendar, write engaging captions, research trending audio/hashtags, and manage posting schedules across all locations.
Community Engagement:
Monitor social channels, respond to comments and direct messages in a warm, welcoming brand voice, and encourage local community interaction.
Performance Tracking:
Analyze monthly video performance metrics (reach, engagement, video completion rates) and refine strategy based on data.
Required Skills & Qualifications Video & Photo Expertise:
Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in shooting (using professional cameras or modern mobile rigs), lighting, crisp audio capture, and video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut).
Social Media Mastery:
Deep knowledge of algorithm trends, best practices, and video formatting for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
On-Camera Directing & Communication:
Ability to make non-professional talent (patients and staff) feel comfortable, confident, and natural in front of the lens. Healthcare /
HIPAA Awareness:
High level of professionalism and discretion when working in a clinical setting; willingness to follow patient consent and privacy protocols.
Organization & Strategy:
Strong project management skills to schedule shoots across multiple locations and maintain a consistent posting pipeline. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience creating content for healthcare, wellness, aesthetic, or medical practices. Graphic design basics (Canva, Photoshop) for thumbnails and visual assets. Experience with basic local social media ad management.
