Part-Time Content Creator & Social Media Assistant We are looking for a reliable and motivated Content Creator & Social Media Assistant to help create and manage content for our growing construction/telecommunications company. This is a part-time position, approximately 3-4 days per week . You will spend time in the field filming our crews, equipment, projects, and day-to-day operations, then turn that footage into content for our social media pages. Responsibilities Film videos and take photos of our work 3-4 days per week Create and edit short-form videos such as TikToks, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts Post content daily across all company social media accounts Help manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms Come up with video ideas, hooks, captions, and content concepts Organize photos and videos for future posts Help grow our social media presence and keep our pages active Capture our crews, equipment, machinery, job sites, projects, and behind-the-scenes content Follow current social media trends and find creative ways to use them for our company Who We're Looking For We are mainly looking for someone who is responsible, dependable, creative, and willing to learn . Previous professional experience is not required . You may be a good fit if you: Already enjoy filming, photography, editing, TikTok, Instagram, or social media Have experience using your own camera, phone, editing apps, or computer Are comfortable being around construction equipment and active job sites Can work independently and stay consistent with posting Are willing to learn video editing and social media management Have reliable transportation to travel to job sites when needed If you already have your own camera, editing software, or equipment, that's great — but it is not required . Equipment & Software We can provide a camera and other equipment if needed . The company can also pay for necessary editing apps, software, subscriptions, and other tools needed to create quality content. We are willing to work with someone who is newer to content creation as long as they are serious, reliable, creative, and willing to learn . Schedule Part-Time Approximately 3-4 days per week for filming , with additional editing and posting as needed. Schedule can have some flexibility depending on our work schedule and job locations. Pay:
