On-site About the Role We are seeking an experienced, highly self-directed Senior Content Producer to lead the day-to-day strategy, production, and publishing of short-form video content across multiple platforms for an established, high-following social presence.
This is not an entry-level social media role, and casual personal use of social apps does not qualify as relevant experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience producing high-volume, story-driven short-form content for platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts, and understands how professional content differs from casual posting, including story structure, retention, pacing, frequency, audience behavior, and platform-specific performance. Beyond producing content directly, this person will oversee and support a dedicated short-form content producer and coordinate other creators on the team, setting the standard for quality and consistency across everything the team publishes. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Senior Content Producer will be embedded in the daily life of an active brand, identifying stories as they happen and turning them into compelling short-form content. No two days will look the same, so this person must be comfortable making decisions, adapting quickly, and moving work forward without waiting for step-by-step direction. This position is for someone who wants to build and manage a successful content operation from behind the camera. It is not intended for someone seeking to become an on-camera creator or use the role to grow a personal brand. Primary Responsibilities Short-Form Content Strategy, Production, and Publishing After a period of training to learn the business and the brand, the producer will:
Take ownership of the daily planning, filming, editing, and publishing of short-form content for an established, high-following account
Oversee and support a dedicated short-form content producer, reviewing work and maintaining a consistent standard of quality
Direct and coordinate other content creators on the team when appropriate
Develop and manage a weekly content plan aligned with the lead creator's priorities, upcoming activity, audience interests, and performance goals
Independently translate broad creative direction into an organized shooting schedule and daily publishing plan
Identify compelling content opportunities without needing to be told what to capture
Film on-site, documenting behind-the-scenes activity, ongoing storylines, and authentic moments as they unfold
Build cohesive, story-driven content throughout the day rather than posting disconnected clips
Edit and publish content natively to each platform with strong attention to pacing, sound, captions, sequencing, hooks, and viewer retention
Monitor content performance and use audience data to determine which topics, formats, and storytelling approaches should be continued, adjusted, or discontinued
Stay current on platform features, monetization requirements, platform changes, content trends, and evolving best practices
Troubleshoot production or scheduling challenges independently and communicate proactively when a decision or additional support is needed
Maintain a dependable daily publishing cadence across the team without requiring reminders or close supervision
Recommend new content ideas, recurring series, and opportunities to improve audience growth, retention, and monetization
Photography experience a plus! YouTube Production Support
Assist with writing, organizing, and formatting sponsor scripts for YouTube integrations based on campaign briefs and creator direction
Coordinate filming logistics with the YouTube production team, including schedules, locations, required shots, sponsor deliverables, and communication among team members
Anticipate production needs and ensure the people, locations, products, and information required for filming are ready in advance
Help confirm that required talking points and deliverables have been captured before production concludes Additional Content Support
Produce polished short-form video content for other platforms or business needs as assigned
Support larger content initiatives, launches, and special projects when needed Required Qualifications
Professional experience producing, managing, or publishing high-volume short-form video content for one or more major social platforms
A clear understanding of short-form storytelling, audience retention, posting cadence, native editing, and platform-specific content strategy
A portfolio or work samples demonstrating strong short-form video production and story-driven content
Proven ability to manage a content channel, recurring production schedule, or comparable body of work with limited oversight
Experience leading, coordinating, or reviewing the work of other creators
Strong filming and editing skills, including an understanding of pacing, sound, framing, sequencing, and visual storytelling
Ability to review performance data and translate it into practical content decisions
Exceptional organization and the ability to plan ahead while responding quickly to unscheduled content opportunities
A demonstrated record of taking initiative, solving problems, and completing projects without repeated follow-up
Strong judgment and the ability to make day-to-day creative and production decisions independently
Clear, proactive communication and the ability to collaborate with creators, production staff, and business team members
Reliable, punctual, resourceful, and comfortable being accountable for daily publishing expectations
Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and around both large and small animals
A team-first mindset and a genuine interest in building someone else's brand from behind the camera
No expectation of appearing regularly on camera or using the position to develop a personal creator platform Preferred Qualifications
Direct professional experience managing or producing content for a monetized social account
Experience growing an audience or improving content performance, retention, or revenue
Familiarity with platform analytics, monetization programs, and eligibility requirements
Experience managing a high-volume daily content schedule for a public figure, creator, media company, or consumer brand
Familiarity with YouTube production workflows and sponsored-content requirements
Copywriting, scriptwriting, or sponsor-brief experience
Experience working in agriculture, animal, or outdoor lifestyle environments Who Thrives in This Role You are an experienced producer who sees what needs to be done and takes responsibility for making it happen.
You do not wait for someone to create your daily task list, remind you of deadlines, or identify every content opportunity for you. You can receive broad direction, develop a plan, and execute it from beginning to end. You are equally comfortable following an established brand vision and using sound judgment when circumstances change. You communicate early, solve problems resourcefully, and understand when to make a decision independently and when to involve the larger team. You take pride in producing strong work, even when your name and face are not attached to it. You understand that an excellent behind-the-scenes role is both creative and strategic. You are comfortable setting the pace for a small team and holding shared standards for quality. Compensation and Position Details
