POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist customers and sell vehicles in person and online Handle internet leads, follow-ups, and customer communications Create short-form videos and social media content as part of daily responsibilities Post approved content to designated social media platforms Communicate with customers through phone, text, email, and digital channels Represent Kia of Abilene professionally at all times Follow established sales, marketing, and customer-engagement processes

As part of this position, employees may create videos, photos, and other digital content in connection with their job duties. Work-related content created within the scope of employment may be used by the dealership and its authorized partners for marketing, advertising, training, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and company policy.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Professional appearance and attitude Willing and comfortable being on camera Ability to create digital and social media content Ability to work a flexible automotive retail schedule Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing training
