This hybrid role includes onsite content capture in North Ogden and ongoing remote content creation, posting, and engagement. This part‑time role blends onsite content capture in North Ogden with ongoing remote content creation, posting, and engagement. The ideal candidate is skilled in short‑form video, understands current social media trends, and can maintain a consistent brand voice. Responsibilities Onsite Content Creation (North Ogden, UT) Film and produce Reels, TikToks, and short‑form videos Capture before/after photos, treatment demonstrations, and lifestyle content Collaborate with the team to plan content themes and campaigns Social Media Management Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business profiles Write captions aligned with brand guidelines Schedule posts, monitor comments and messages, and engage with followers Track analytics and recommend strategies to increase reach and bookings Branding and Design Follow established brand guidelines Create simple graphics for promotions, educational posts, and announcements Maintain consistent visual identity across all platformsDevelop and execute compelling social media content strategies tailored to each platform, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Growth and Engagement Support campaigns aimed at increasing clientele Contribute creative ideas to improve engagement and visibility Eligible for incentive pay tied to engagement, reach, or lead generation Qualifications Required 1-2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation Strong understanding of Reels, TikTok trends, and short‑form video Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.) Ability to film and edit content independently Strong writing skills and brand‑voice awareness Reliable transportation for onsite sessions in North Ogden Preferred Experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or med spa industries Photography or videography experience Familiarity with analytics tools Understanding of HIPAA‑safe content practices (helpful but not required)

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 15.0 per week
