Think clean, custom lighting that makes people say "wow" when we flip the switch. We're growing fast and want every install to feel like an experience customers rave about to their friends and on social. Role Summary Your job is simple to describe, big to execute: Turn every install into an amazing experience that creates happy customers, powerful videos, and organic posts that bring us more jobs. You'll split time between: Being on-site at installs, capturing vertical video and photos Running or supporting the "first-time" app training with homeowners Encouraging and helping customers post about Versa Lights on their own social and in neighborhood groups Following the owner and crews some days to capture behind-the-scenes content We care about raw, in-the-moment proof more than fancy production. What You'll Do On-site customer experience & training Be the friendly face that greets homeowners at installs Capture "before," "during," and "reveal" moments on your phone Learn the Versa Lights app and eventually lead the customer's first training session Ask for quick video testimonials and help customers feel comfortable on camera Help customers make a simple post to their social and/or local neighborhood group Content creation & posting Film short-form vertical content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Stories) of installs, reveals, and behind-the-scenes Capture key emotional moments (first time they see the lights on, reactions, etc.) Post consistently to Versa Lights' social accounts using our brand voice Organize and label content so our marketing team can reuse it for ads and promos Track which installs lead to referrals or "I saw you from my neighbor's post" You're a Great Fit If… You genuinely like people and can walk into a home and instantly put folks at ease You're obsessed with social media and already post Reels/TikToks regularly You're comfortable teaching basic tech (apps) to non-technical homeowners You're reliable, on time, and okay being on the road and at job sites most days You're fine with ladders/roofs being around you (you're not the installer, but you're there) You don't need a film crew or fancy gear; you can make magic with an iPhone Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to work some evenings (best "reveal" content is after dark) Basic editing skills for short-form vertical video Comfortable being both behind and occasionally in front of the camera Compensation & Structure Full-time, on-site role based in Utah Base salary (range depending on experience) plus performance bonuses tied to: of customers who post about Versa Lights and tag us / post in neighborhood groups of photo/video reviews collected Trackable installs that come from those posts and reviews
