UNCLAIMED BAGGAGE CENTER
(OCS, Inc.) E-Commerce Lister
POSITION
E-Commerce Lister
BASIC FUNCTION
List items on unclaimedbaggage.com. Describe items to be listed. Assist in shipping when needed.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be able to research and write detailed descriptions of items then post the items for sale. Ability to maintain listing goals assigned by management Provide feedback to the pricing department on items that are selling below or above the UBC assigned price Maintain an efficient work space and adhere to all standard operating procedures for all product encountered Empty trash as needed and maintain a LEAN organized and clean work area Work overtime as needed to maintain efficient product flow, online sales, and levels of product Maintain accurate product inventory counts and keep product in an organized fashion Keep necessary paperwork and files required for any related product Must be able to work independently Other duties as assigned by management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Be able to stand or sit for extended lengths of time Must be able to work on computer for extended periods of time Must be able to lift light to heavily weighted items regularly
SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS
Good team player Excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility Able to prioritize, manage time and orchestrate multiple tasks Proficient Microsoft office computer skills, including: Word, Excel and Outlook Must be dependable and have a good attendance record
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent Computer and typing skills necessary Computer classes and/or knowledge needed
SCHEDULED HOURS
40 hour week, 6:00am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri, mandatory overtime as needed Saturday overtime may be required as necessary. Mandatory workdays are Black Friday, Cyber Monday and some holidays are required.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
Reports directly to Ecommerce Production Manager
