We are looking for an energetic, creative, and results-driven TikTok Shop & Livestream Commerce Specialist to help grow our presence and sales through TikTok Shop, livestream commerce, creator partnerships, and social media. This position is ideal for someone who understands that a successful TikTok Live is more than simply going live. We are looking for someone who can help develop the strategy behind our livestreams, determine which products and promotions will perform best, engage viewers, analyze performance, and continuously improve our approach to drive sales. What You'll DoTikTok Live & Livestream Commerce Plan, coordinate, and execute TikTok Shop livestream campaigns designed to increase engagement, product discovery, and sales. Help develop engaging livestream concepts that capture the attention of viewers scrolling through TikTok. Assist with hosting and/or directing TikTok Lives featuring Kiara Sky nail products, launches, promotions, bundles, and demonstrations. Create strategic product sequencing for livestreams to determine when and how products should be introduced throughout each Live. Coordinate promotional timing, discounts, bundles, giveaways, and calls-to-action during livestreams. Develop repeatable livestream formats and strategies that improve watch time, viewer retention, engagement, and purchase conversion. Monitor audience behavior during Lives and make real-time adjustments based on engagement and sales activity. TikTok Shop Management Assist with the day-to-day management and growth of Kiara Sky's TikTok Shop. Coordinate products, promotions, campaigns, and featured items for livestream events. Identify products and collections with strong potential for TikTok Shop. Help develop strategies to turn TikTok content and viral product interest into TikTok Shop purchases. Monitor TikTok Shop sales performance and identify opportunities for continued growth. Stay current on TikTok Shop features, platform changes, trends, and social-commerce opportunities. Performance & Sales Strategy Track key livestream and TikTok Shop performance metrics, including: GMV and sales Conversion rate Average watch time Viewer retention Product clicks Engagement Orders Traffic sources Analyze performance after livestreams to determine what worked, what didn't, and what should be adjusted. Test different products, promotional strategies, Live formats, talking points, hooks, and calls-to-action. Use performance data to continuously improve future livestream campaigns. Provide regular reporting and recommendations to the Marketing and E-Commerce teams. Creator & Affiliate Marketing Help identify and coordinate TikTok creators and affiliates who align with the Kiara Sky brand. Assist with creator-driven traffic and TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns. Build relationships with creators, nail artists, influencers, and affiliates. Help coordinate product seeding and promotional campaigns. Track creator and affiliate performance to identify high-performing partnerships. Collaborate with creators on messaging, promotions, and product positioning. Social Media & Content Strategy Work closely with our Marketing and Creative teams to develop content that supports TikTok Shop and livestream sales. Help turn trending TikTok content into opportunities for product promotion and conversion. Identify emerging TikTok trends, sounds, formats, products, and beauty conversations that Kiara Sky can participate in. Assist with content planning and campaign calendars. Help ensure consistent product messaging across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms. Recommend content based on audience engagement and performance data. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who combines sales ability, personality, creativity, and analytical thinking . You should be comfortable understanding both sides of social commerce: creating content that people actually want to watch and understanding the numbers behind whether that content converts into sales. Qualifications Previous experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, livestream commerce, social commerce, digital marketing, or e-commerce strongly preferred. Strong understanding of TikTok trends, audience behavior, and short-form video. Experience developing strategies designed to increase online sales and conversion. Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and using data to improve results. Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment. Highly organized and capable of coordinating multiple campaigns and priorities. Strong understanding of sales, promotions, product positioning, and customer engagement. Comfortable collaborating with Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce, Customer Service, and other internal teams. Must be willing to work primarily in person at our Bakersfield studio/office . Big Plus If You Have Direct TikTok Shop management experience. Experience generating measurable revenue through TikTok Live or social commerce. Livestream hosting or live-selling experience. TikTok affiliate or creator-management experience. Beauty, cosmetics, nail, fashion, or lifestyle industry experience. Professional nail knowledge or experience as a nail technician. Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform. Experience with Canva, video editing, or social media content creation. Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
