Remote / Hybrid Job Summary IPBY is a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the K-beauty and K-pop space. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant Manager to manage and optimize our online sales channel on Shopify . This role is hands-on and operational, focused on product uploads, listing optimization, inventory accuracy, troubleshooting, and daily platform management. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and has strong experience with e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities Manage daily operations on Shopify Upload products and optimize listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) Maintain accurate inventory and resolve syncing or platform issues Monitor orders, troubleshoot issues, and support fulfillment workflows Coordinate with internal teams on promotions and product launches Apply basic SEO best practices to product listings Review performance metrics and assist with optimization efforts Stay current on e-commerce platform updates and best practices Requirements Proven experience managing Shopify Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable troubleshooting independently Strong written communication skills Familiarity with inventory management and product data accuracy Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred Required Experience with paid ads (Meta, Google) SEO or analytics experience Background in beauty, fashion, or K-pop brands Why Work With IPBY Growing brand with expansion opportunities Collaborative and creative environment Opportunity to make a direct impact on growth
